Monospaced Fonts
In my search for a new monospaced font for coding, I came across some great free options. Here’s a short list:
Monaspace
Five fonts with 3 variable axes by GitHub.
Mononoki
Mononoki is a typeface by Matthias Tellen, created to support code formatting.
Comic Mono
A legible monospace font… the very typeface you’ve been trained to recognize since childhood. This font is a fork of Shannon Miwa’s Comic Shanns (version 1).
JetBrains Mono
A beautiful typeface by JetBrains. That’s my choice.
FiraCode
Free monospaced font with programming ligatures. I used to use this one.
Agave
Agave was an attempt at making a small, monospaced, outline font that would be geometrically regular and simple.
